‘Fairy Tail’ Chapter 525 Spoilers: Will Focus On Backstory Of Zeref’s Son, Who's Likely To Be August

"Fairy Tail" Chapter 525 will be focusing on the backstory of Zeref Dragneel's son, which means fans won't be getting an update on the Black Dragon Acnologia Arc. The son that will be talked about in this chapter is likely to be August.

According to a report from Tripped Media, the title for the upcoming chapter is "Why Was His Majesty's Child Not Loved." Zeref has often been referred to "His Majesty," so the latest chapter will likely be about him and his supposed child, which the identity will likely be revealed in this chapter.

The report adds that there are already a lot of speculation that the said son is actually August, who easily gets angry whenever he hears about family. This is due to him not knowing what it feels like to be unconditionally loved by parents.

Games & Anime reports that August is might even have some resentment between the bond that Gildarts and Cana show when they were fighting together. He asked Gildart how he would feel if Cana were to be killed in front of him.

The report adds that if August is indeed Zeref's son, the reason he has not felt his father's love is due to the Curse of Ankhseram. The curse destroys anything and everything that Zeref is emotionally attached to, which explains his coldness.

Zeref, though, has another son in Larcade. But he was already defeated and assumed dead, which means the one referred in the chapter here has yet to be identified and it could very well be August.

"Fairy Tail" Chapter 525 is scheduled to be released on March 8, 2017 and Tripped Media mentioned that there are reports saying the series has already entered its final arc in this chapter. The information came from the official website of "Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry," the upcoming movie of the anime that's scheduled to come out in May. Check out the video below, discussing how strong the "Fairy Tail" character, August, really is.
