‘Boruto: Naruto Next Generations’ Reveal New Visuals, Key Production Staff Of The ‘Naruto’ Spin-off Anime Series

The "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" anime TV series has revealed a new key visual that showcased the core characters of the series. More information, like the key production staff and the cast for the series, was also revealed.

According to a report from Crunchyroll, the official website of the hit anime series has revealed all of this updated information. The "Naruto" spin-off anime series is set to premiere on April 5, 2017, in Japan.

The anime series' animation production will be handled by Pierrot, the animation studio that bought the anime series "Bleach" and "Naruto Shippuden," while Noriyuki Abe will be the general director. Hiroyuki Yamashita will be the series director, while Ukyo Kodachi will be the story supervisor.

Completing the production team will be Makoto Uezu for series composition, and Yasuharu Takanashi and Yaiba for producing the music of the series. The design for the anime series' characters will be split between Hirofumi Suzuki and Tetsuya Nishio.

The report adds that the cast for the anime series will consist of Yuuko Sanpei, Kokoro Kikuchi, Ryuji Kijima, and Kenshou Ono. Completing the cast of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" will be Shinji Kawada, Ryoko Shiraishi, Showtaro Morikubo, Atsushi Abe, Nana Mizuki, and Junko Takeuchi.

Anime News Network reported that some of the cast members were part of the "Naruto Shippuden" and "Boruto: Naruto the Movie." The said anime series is an adaptation of the "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" manga and will begin with an original story.

The report adds that Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of the "Naruto" manga series and movies, and the creator of the "Boruto" movie, said in an interview during the Jump Festa event last December that he plans to make the new anime "even better than 'Naruto.'"
