Most of the buzz around "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" has been about Luke Skywalker and Rey, but the movie will also have one important character doing an undercover mission for the Resistance. The Stormtrooper turned Resistance hero, Finn will be infiltrating the First Order.
According to a report from Making Star Wars, The First Order will be having its own version of the Super Star Destroyer that the Empire once had, except there, won't be a city built on top of it. Though it won't have a city built on it, it appears that Finn will be inside this ship as part of his mission.
The report said that Finn will be wearing a First Order uniform due to him being undercover for the Resistance. A Stormtrooper, who will be played by Tom Hardy, will slap Finn in the butt because he knows him when he was still known as FN-2187.
The report adds that the slap would likely just be a congratulatory greeting for the promotion that Finn received, now that he's part of the First Order. This means that what Finn did in the Starkiller base has not yet spread amongst the Stormtroopers.
Chris Agar of Screen Rant said that Finn won't be alone in the mission, as he will be accompanied by, what is said to be an "information broker," that will be played by Kelly Marie Tran. The two are supposed to plant explosives on the ship.
Agar said that it's disappointing Poe Dameron won't be the one to join Finn in this mission. But it appears he will be busy dealing with the character of Laura Dern, who is believed to be the political rival of General Leia Organa.
Though nothing is certain yet at this point, Agar adds. Considering that there has been little information about "Star Wars Episode VIII." The movie, though, will take place where "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" left off. Check out Star Wars HQ's update about "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" in the video below.
