Danny Regan (Donnie Wahlberg) and Maria Baez (Marisa Ramirez) finds trouble investigating a murder in episode 15 of "Blue Bloods" Season 7 after discovering a connection between the suspect and the victim. Meanwhile, Anthony Abetemarco (Steve Schirripa) will be conflicted with Erin Regan's (Bridget Moynahan) request to incriminate his friend.
CarterMatt reports that episode 15, which is entitled "Lost Souls," will be a "classic 'Blue Bloods' episode" considering its synopsis. The episode will be presenting cases that will present characters with a dilemma between doing "what is right and what is defined by the letter of the law."
The report said that the synopsis mentions Danny and Maria will be torn between finding justice and doing their job while investigating the murder of a man who, years earlier, killed a mother and son while driving drunk. Their dilemma would come from the discovery of a connection between the suspect and the victim.
The synopsis also mentioned that Anthony will be conflicted in doing his job when Erin asks him to wear a wire to incriminate someone who is connected to the Russian mob. That someone turns out to be an old friend of Anthony.
Andre Braddox of Blasting News said that the title of episode 15 of "Blue Blood" Season 7 is fitting, considering the description of some of the characters in the episode. He said it will be interesting to see how the very complex set of circumstances with Danny and Maria's situation plays out.
He adds that this storyline will probably where the episode focuses on considering that the press release highlighted it in all-caps. He also said the situation with Anthony will probably be a "pretty intriguing and intense situation," considering details weren't provided on whether he went through with the plan or he backed out.
