Jill Duggar Pregnancy News: Couple Shares New Announcement About Her Baby

"Counting On" star Jill Duggar made an important announcement about her baby. She and her husband Derrick Dillard finally revealed the gender of their second child.

And it seems that their firstborn Israel is getting a baby brother! The news comes a month after Jill revealed that she is pregnant with their second child, due in July. Daily Mail reveals how Jill's first pregnancy ended with her getting a C-section. She endured over 70 hours of labor during her 42nd week of pregnancy.

This time, she says she has been experiencing morning sickness during her first trimester but has gotten better once she entered her second trimester. ET Online reports that even though big brother Israel did not fully understand yet what it means when his little brother comes this July, his parents Derrick and Jill are confident that the two will become best friends as they grow up.

Jill is not the only pregnant in the big Duggar family. Her younger sister Jessa has earlier announced her that she was also pregnant with her second child. She and her husband, Ben Seewald, welcomed their firstborn son, Spurgeon, in November 2015.

Jill and Derrick actually announced the gender of their baby to their families through a scavenger hunt. They made their announcement public for everyone to know by posting a family picture with the parents holding an outfit. The black and blue shirt plus red pants will be perfect for their brand new baby boy.

The Duggar family has always considered children a gift from God. Jill has 18 brothers and sisters all in all. The Duggar sisters who are married have also liked the idea of being pregnant together so that their children will grow up not just as cousins but as friends as well.

Jill took the time to thank all her supporters for the well-wishes on her pregnancy. Meanwhile, sister Jessa is getting ready to give birth any time now, though the gender of her baby has not been revealed.
