‘Taken’ Actor Liam Neeson Offered Free Sandwich And He Did Not Refuse The Offer

Liam Neeson, the veteran actor behind several hit films like "Taken," "The Mission," and "Schindler's List," made a sandwich joint alive after he claimed a free sandwich. The innovative staff of a burger store made a sign that says "Liam Neeson Eats Here For Free" after knowing that he was in the area filming.

It did not take long for the 64-year-old actor to arrive at the surprise of the staff and customers of the sandwich shop according to BBC. "Where is my free sandwich," he asked.

Two of the restaurant's staff posed for a photo with him with the sign. But the Irish actor was too busy to eat his free sandwich but good-naturedly posed for the camera.

The Big Star Sandwich Company witnessed the charm of the father of two who did not fail to see his fans. Eater shared the Instagram post of the actor uploaded on the official social media account of the sandwich company. Liam Neeson is not only famous for his acting prowess but for his charming character. His appearance at the restaurant also showed his love for the people that support and idolize him.

Meanwhile, the "Silence" actor has an upcoming movie with Garret Dillahunt, Robert Duvall, Colin Farrell and Viola Davis titled "Widows." It is a British crime series that began in 1983 directed by "12 Years A Slave" director Steve McQueen.

It tells of three robbers that were killed during a crime and their widowed wives played by Ann Mitchell, Fiona Hendley, and Linda Pirelli asked the help of Eva Mottley (Bella O'Reilly) to continue with the heist that their husbands failed to accomplish.

The versatile actor has two children named Michael Neeson and Daniel Neeson. He was married to Natasha Richardson from 1994 to 2009.Liam John Neeson has appeared in a 1999 "Star Wars" film.
