‘KONOSUBA’ New Game Announced: Season 2 Of Anime Finished!

After ten weeks of non-stop laughing party, the amazing second season of "KONOSUBA" have finally drawn to a close on Thursday. Season's finale started off with a witch hunt that resulted to a heated confrontation with a Devil King's Army leader named Hans. The anime version may be over but all is not lost as the game developer 5pb announced that a new game based on the hilarious light novel and anime series will be soon upon us.

The finale went into an action-packed finish but the show makers managed to keep the comedy factor in the final episode. For once, we saw Kazuma and the gang get serious as they faced the deadly poison slime monster. Aqua, though idiotic sometimes, showed her true qualities as a Goddess even her own beloved followers are against her.

According to Anime News Network, the first DVD and Blu-ray versions of the anime came in with a PC game when it was launched on March 2016. The previous game was titled "Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o! in the life" that featured Kazuma and her party going on a quest. For the second season's Blu-ray and DVD launch, a game titled "Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o! -Kono Yokubukai Game ni Shinpan o!" (Blessings on This Wonderful World: Judgement on this Greedy Game) is under development that will be bundled with the whole package that will be shipped on March 24.

A teaser was released by 5pb last March 15 announcing the game and showing a pair of panties as reported by Gematsu. There are no further details for the upcoming game including what genre will it be or the gaming platforms that it will support. The release date for the game also remained a mystery for the fans.

For now, fans are advised to wait patiently for the DVD and Blu-ray release that will come with the OVA episode. The Youtube trailer for the new game is region locked in some territories including United States, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea so fans will have to see the video on other video sharing websites.
