"Final Fantasy XV" update 1.06 up to 1.15 is said to have a continued game support until March 2018. This has been recently leaked along with some other beefy information about the game.
A Reddit user recently leaked several information about "Final Fantasy XV's" update roadmap. According to the leak, update 1.06 contains Episode Gladio up and Episode Prompto. In addition, there will be another coming update, which is 1.15 scheduled to be released on March 2018.
"Final Fantasy XV" Leaked Updates
The leak revealed that Square Enix's plans to release a series of updates until June 2017. The updates are the Booster Pack DLC, Episode Gladiolus, and Episode Prompto. In addition, the leak says that Episode Gladiolus will be centered on Gladio's training with Cor Leonis. Allegedly, Gladio will sooner or later encounter Gilgamesh in his DLC story. On the other hand, Episode Prompto will explore on Prompto's backstory. Prompto, reportedly, in his episode would be chasing after one of Ardyn's minions in a snow field revealed to be named as The Worm.
Other "Final Fantasy XV" Updates
According to the leak, "Final Fantasy XV" will receive extensive updates on March, May, and July until March 2018. The official "Final Fantasy XV" Spring 2017 trailer showed only confirmed updates up until June. Among the updates include Bestiary feature in May. In this update, players will use Prompto's Photography skills to record wildlife. "Final Fantasy XV" Update 1.09 will be launched in July. It will contain the New Elevator Dungeon that has all of the game's monsters. Each floor is harder than the previous one.
Aside from those, in September "Final Fantasy XV" Update 1.10 will be released according to the leak. It will be about Two Young Noctis DLCs. One series is set in the dream state like the Platinum Demo. The other series is about the Young Noctis demo where players will hear Regis talk to another being about Noctis future as a chosen heir of the throne.
These latest "Final Fantasy XV" upcoming updates are all leaked information. Square Enix as of this writing has not confirmed any of this information aside from the fact that they will be present at Game Developers Conference 2017 on March 1-3.
