Lisa Marie Presley's twin daughters with his husband Michael Lockwood has been put to child care custody. This is following the "indecent" photos and video footage of her eight-year-old daughters that were found on her husband's computer. Presley also appeals to pending allegation of "sexual abuse" on Lockwood's part.
"I was shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach. I had no idea that the respondent (Lockwood) had taken these photos", Elvis Presley's only daughter said after she discovered the "hundred inappropriate photos" including a "disturbing video footage" on his estranged husband's computer. Beverly Hills Police did a search warrant and removed 80 devices belonging to Lockwood. The Tennessee law enforcement is still on its ongoing investigation. All the devices confiscated are being analyzed but Presley consternates "there are more worse images" in the seized materials.
The American singer-songwriter who is formerly married to fellow musician Michael Jackson and actor Nicolas Cage also accuses Lockwood of "sexual abuse" and "neglect". The testimonies are included in the court papers as part of their ongoing divorce case.
Lisa Marie Presley and her fourth spouse Michael Lockwood, both musicians, were married for 10 years before the two called it an off in June 2016. The "Dirty Laundry" singer admits she went into a treatment facility after the split up. Presley testified to the court that she has to pay two nannies to monitor her twins whenever Lockwood visits their children.
In the court papers obtained by Daily Mail, Presley who received a $300M fortune from her deceased father also demands a sum of money from his husband. She requests $40,000 for spousal support despite a post-nuptial agreement. In addition, the 49-year-old also asks for $100,000 for attorney fees which she claims she doesn't have the ability to pay.
Presley also accuses his music producer and director husband of spending over a million dollars on their non-conjugal property. She testifies that Lockwood even acknowledged that he really did spend the amount of money through her credit card when confronted.
The musician's financial situation has caused her to ask loans from her friends to pay her debts, at least according to her testimonies. She even claims she has not left with any options but to move in with her 28-year-old daughter from previous marriage, Riley Cough.
The allegations were rejected by Lockwood's lawyer, Jeff Sturman. In his statement to People, Sturman said "... Ms. Presley failed to disclose very important information in the papers she filed in the Family Law Court and the things she failed to disclose are directly related to her inflammatory claims against Mr. Lockwood. "
The filing stated that the trial regarding the alleged "disturbing" materials found on Michael Lockwood's computer will start in March at the Edelman's Children Court. At the moment, Lockwood hasn't released any comments regarding his case and chose to stay reticent.
