'Fire Emblem Heroes' First Massive Update Halts Stamina Increases,Brings New Characters, Quests & Fan-Favorite Improvements

"Fire Emblem Heroes" received its first massive update, which now halts stamina increases. In addition, it introduced new characters, quests and several fan-friendly improvements.

New Changes in "Fire Emblem Heroes"

There seems to be a ton of good news for the fans of Nintendo's latest mobile game, "Fire Emblem Heroes." Aside from new characters and fresh story content that arrived recently, Nintendo revealed that the game's launch promotion has been extended indefinitely. With this, grinding in the game's Training Tower will not cost you extra. In addition, characters will now be able to learn and equip skills without spending on stamina.

Meanwhile, the bonus launch event of "Fire Emblem Heroes", which gives players two precious orbs every day by just logging in, will be extended until March 14. In addition, players will receive rewards for fighting in the Training Tower starting on February 20. Apart from that, characters will receive more experience after winning over low-level opponents later in March. To top it all, Nintendo, according to Game Informer, has announced that the Worldwide Launch Celebration period is continuing indefinitely.

"Fire Emblem Heroes" Family Bonds

Another interesting update to "Fire Emblem Heroes" is the debut of the first limited-time story event. It introduced a batch of characters from the Game Boy Advance "Fire Emblem" games. There is the brother and sister teams Ephraim and Eirika from "Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones" and Seliph and Julia from "Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War" are now available, says Kotaku. Alongside the latest pairs comes the first series of Paralogue story extension maps. It is a trio of battles, which features the new characters in action. Players can also complete a series of Family Bonds missions to earn special rewards. The Family Bonds characters as well the event exclusive levels will last until February 26.
