BioWare has just revealed to the fans the cast of "Mass Effect: Andromeda" through two new trailers. The trailer even showed who the new villain of the game will be.
According to a report from Forbes, BioWare has released two new trailers for their much-awaited game. The first trailer is Pathfinder Team Briefing, where it introduces to the fans and players each member of the team, while the second trailer is the cinematic trailer for the game, giving everyone a glimpse of the game story and who the new villain will be.
The playable characters in the game will either be Scott or Sarah Ryder, siblings and the children of Alec Ryder, who is the lead Pathfinder. The report mentions that Alec will most likely get killed or captured, which is probably why either of the children will be the playable character.
Other characters included in the Pathfinder Team Briefing are Liam Kosta, which is the crisis response specialist, SAM or the Simulated Adaptive Matrix, which PC Gamer said is probably "Mass Effect: Andromeda's" version of EDI. SAM basically provides "techno-magic" to the team.
The last member of the team is Lieutenant Cora Harper, the operations specialist, and trailer narrator, and probably a romance option, according to the report. Other notable characters in the game are Drack, a Krogan, Peebee, an Asari lone wolf, Vetra, a female Turian, and Kallo Jath, the Salarian who pilots the starship Tempest.
The report adds that the new villain for the game is Kett Archon. The second cinematic trailer showed him to be someone who's not willing to negotiate.
When the team's ship was captured by Archon he introduced himself and only gave them two options, "surrender or burn." "Mass Effect: Andromeda" is scheduled to come out on March 21 in North America and March 23 in Europe. Check out the cinematic trailer in the video below.
