‘Fast and Furious 8’ Just Among Dwayne Johnson’s Movies For 2017, Latest Installment Of The Franchise Also Leaked Dodge Demon

It looks like it will be another busy year for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as "Fate of The Furious" is just one of his many movies that will premiere this year. Leaked photos of Dodge's new Challenger SRT Demon were also found on the set of "Fast and Furious 8."

According to a report from EarnTheNecklace, Johnson, who became the highest-paid actor in the world in 2016, is set to continue that pace for 2017. Among Johnson's movies to come out this year is a remake of the popular TV show "Baywatch," where it will premiere on May 26.

The report said that another movie that will come this year is a sequel to the first "Jumanji" movie and it will come out on December 22. "Journey 3: from the Earth to the Moon" is suppose to come out in June 2017, but it has been postponed and it might be released on 2018.

But his biggest movie of the year will be "Fate of The Furious," which is also known as "Fast and Furious 8." Johnson will be reprising his role as Luke Hobbs in the latest installment of the franchise, which is set to premiere on April 14, 2017.

The report said that Johnson joins fellow returning actors Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, and Ludacris. The eight installment of the movie will also have a new cast in Charlize Theron, who is playing the main antagonist of the film.

But aside from a new movie about fast cars, car enthusiasts are also in for a treat as Dodge's newest car, the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, has been leaked. Autoblog reported that there's a YouTube video of Diesel talking about the latest movie.

But visible in the background are, what appears to be, two Dodge Challenger Demons. Though the report said it's not 100 percent certain they really are the Dodge Demon, but evidence is pointing to yes.

The report said a new logo is visible in the area where the Hellcat logo is supposed to reside. The report also adds that the wheels and the hood in the Challenger in the background appears to be the same in Dodge's latest teaser video about their new model. Check out Diesel's speech after production for "Fast and Furious 8" has wrapped up.
