Five Family-Friendly Hotel Chains For 2017

An all-expense paid vacation in a hotel chain is a better way to save money and time, and keep the safety of the family in check. Hotels with great apps that make amenities available at any time are a must along with those with baby-proofing and Children's menus.

Tourists heading into the United States should consider staying in a Loews Hotel and Resort; almost every American city has one. Along with its other amenities, according to Family Vacation Critic, the "Loews Loves Kids" slogan is true to its form with "kid-friendly extras" including a supervised Kids' Club and other programs that feature "etiquette classes" and "learning vacations."

The Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts chain has kids aged 19 under could stay free and those under 12 eat free. But it does not mean families are trading off amenities for amazing hospitality; families can rent bikes, ping-pong tables, amazing beaches and poolsides and even children-oriented "KidSuites."

It might be a bit expensive, but W Hotels are a perfect fit for families with young adult members aged 17 and above. According to Digiday, W Hotels has an app that features music streaming that the hotel's global music director curates. The app also makes it convenient for families to order anything from food to drinks into their rooms

Another upscale hotel chain is Wyndham Hotels with its picturesque structure and hotels. Despite its luxurious setting, it is quite affordable for staycations -- but also tolerable if traveling families stay in one of its Caribbean branches. Ask for their kid-free stays despite their budget-friendly rates to have the entire family enjoy snorkeling, skiing or even golf.

Mariott Hotels has its suites but it also has its Residence Inn. A perfect staycation spot or for families traveling to Costa Rica, the rooms in the Residence Inn are roomy and fun for kids. Partnered with kids channel Nickelodeon, kids staying during the summer or winter could find a welcome bag with lots of Nickelodeon goodies including a four-page activity book and a Nickelodeon keycard.
