There's a couple from America who's been planning to sell their home in Utah to travel the world with their kids. The traveling family is also planning to hire a nanny to watch over their three kids. The family recently posted videos on Youtube which gained so much attention from viewers all over the world.
According to The Telegraph, a couple from Utah named Derek and Kenzie Tillotson recently put their house for sale to start focusing on their family travel blog named Five Take Flight. The couple posted a video on facebook that they're selling their house and said that they will be homeless with their kids Wren, Beckett, and Porter. The whole journey around the world would last a year and would start in July of 2017.
It's quite a long travel that's why they also posted a video online that they're looking for a travel nanny to take care of their kids. The Daily Mail reported that the job is covered when it comes to flight, food and housing expenses. But there's more to that because the hired applicant will also get a monthly salary of $1200-$1500 with one or two days off per week to do some exploring and sightseeing in the area.
However, the travel nanny's job doesn't only focus on baby-sitting and childcare but it also includes assisting in home-schooling the older children, Kenzie and Porter. The couple is also looking for someone who'll love the kids as much they do.
The family doesn't have a specific route yet because flight fares and hotel rates can affect the travel along the way. But in a report by Metro, the trip would start in New York City then they would go to Iceland and Scandinavia.
After that, the family would visit Europe and travel around Poland, Italy, France, Austria, Turkey, and Spain. They will get two weeks off and spend Christmas at home and start hitting the road again to Hawaii, New Zealand, and Asia.
Traveling the whole world with your family is the best kind of life that almost everyone would want to have. Also, it would be the best job for the travel nanny as well because you get paid to travel.
