The rental estate encompasses three substantial beachside properties, Pearl West, Pearl East and the Lidija House, where each sister and their pals stayed.
The beachfront country mansion of the Pearls of Long Bay Estate includes three distinct villas, all with their own swimming pool, private deck, hot tub, and seaside cabana. The collective 23 bedrooms can house 54 visitors. Moreover, the estate has an open-air massage table, private tennis courts, sauna, and spa.

Lidija House, the grandest of the three homes of The Pearls of Long Bay Estate, is where Kendall got to live for the week. The house has eight bathrooms and 10 bedrooms and is nestled in-between the other two villas. Each property stands on landscaped grounds and each includes two private pools. Kylie, on the other hand, stayed in the intimate Pearl East villa of the Pearls of Long Bay Estate. Each home is exquisitely decked out in snowy beach chic including the sanitary all white furniture, walls, and decor. Crystal chandeliers infused a little glamor to the entire feel.
The three striking white properties are just a few steps away from the white sandy beaches of Caicos Bank. A 1,000 square foot gym, waterfall, Turkish steam room, fire pit, and kite surfing and snorkeling equipment ensured that guests will have a lot of activities and will not get bored. The Pearls of Long Bay Estate is reportedly charging $10,000 per night with a five-night minimum stay.
