"Saturday was our first big day," says the chef to British TV host Jonathan Ross regarding the Gordon Ramsey fake reservations, adding, "We had 140 on the books and we had 100 [not] show."

Despite the sabotage, Ramsey has kept his focus and his life on the happy track. Early Tuesday, Ramsey posted a photo of the sun rising in Malibu with the caption saying: "Quick swim to start the day!"
