Hong Kong Winter Wonderland Experience
As the year-end festive season approaches, December in Hong Kong is the ideal cool climate getaway. The 2015 Hong Kong Winter Fest has started with the enchanted Sparkling BVLGARI Roman Holiday at Statue Square, set to light up Central with an extensive, gem like Serpent light-art installation, inspired by the antiquated Roman and Greek image for insight and strength. Joint effort between Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and BVLGARI, the centerpiece is comprised of 50,000 LED lights used to enlighten the serpent's body. It took six months to fabricate and an additional two months for the installation.
