In addition to that, LA Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon also ruled that Berry pay Aubry an amount of $115,000 as retroactive payment and another $300,000 for the legal fees for their custody dispute. Although they were never married, the couple spent five years together, from 2005 to 2010.
