The series finale of "This Is Us" just aired and some fans really thought that the episode titled "Moonlight" would already show how Jack died. The episode, thankfully, didn't kill off the series' patriarch - although we already know that he is dead in the present - but it made us understand him more.
So when exactly are we going to know what really caused Jack's death? Milo Ventimiglia said that they have been teasing that in the press, "but you're all going to have to wait a little while longer," he added. Ventimiglia also said that we should focus on how his character lived because that's the most important lesson than anything, Deadline reported.
Fans are already excited to know when "This Is Us" Season 2 will be aired. We already know that the show has been renewed for Season 2 and 3, so it's really just a question of when. The series started in September, Bustle said, and it is likely that NBC will bring the show back this fall. That's not a very long wait, and fans can only hope that this is true.
What will the highlights of Season 2 be? The finale showed Randall Pearson telling his wife, Beth, that he wants to adopt a kid, but he has not told her yet that he already quit his job. Season 2 will deal with that. On a lighter note, though, we may get to see Kate and Toby getting married.
Chrissy Metz, who plays Kate Pearson, said during the finale screening of "This Is Us" at the Directors Guild Theater hinted that "we might be hearing wedding bells soon" between her character and Toby.
Metz has big plans for her Kate when it comes to her love story, and she even joked that she wanted to have a sex scene. "I guess it'll offend people, still. But fat people do have sex, for the record," she added.
