"Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory" is due to start airing this fall and this time around it is going to be produced by XEBEC. On March 6, 2017 an audio drama was released entitled "The bustle of this Christmas" which is based on the sixth volume of the novel.
As per Crunchyroll, they reported that this month, the fourth episode of the series has been released which went online on the sixth of this month. The released audios are available for viewers via YouTube Channel named Lantis Channel.
The first episode was released on the December 23, 2016, and it is entitled "Queen's Gambit." The second episode was later on released on the January 23, 2017 and it is entitled "Plans are uncertain." The third came out earlier this year on February 13, which is a day before Valentine's Day and it is entitled as "Welcome to the Pacific Chrysalis."
According to an earlier report from Anime News Network, the full title of the upcoming return of the anime series was announced on the January 18 this year. Katsuichi Nakayama is in charge of directing the series at studio XEBEC. Shoji Gatoh is in charge of the series composition and writing all the scripts. Osamu Horiuchi is handling the character designs and also stands as chief animation director, and Aya Yamamoto is the sub-character designer.
In addition, some other notable staff includes Takeshi Yoshioka who stands as the small arms designer and animation director while Kanetake Ebikawa and Toshiaki Ihara are the mechanical designers. Also, Takayuki Yanase is the set designer, and Masanori Nishii is the mechanical director.
