Fox's animated sitcom "Bob's Burgers" have been one of the most musically inclined cartoon series since its release on 2011. The show have feature numerous guest showcasing new songs from indie artists. To further boost the musicality of the series the show makers are planning to release a 112-track album featuring musical numbers done on the show.
The album titled "The Bob's Burger Music Album" will feature 107 songs from the show's first 107 episodes together with show's music covered by The National, Låpsley, St. Vincent and Stephin Merritt of Magnetic Fields. According to NME, the album will be released by Sub Pop on May 12 starring the regular casts, Kristen Schaal, H. Jon Benjamin and John Roberts. The album will also feature guests like Sarah Silverman, Aziz Ansari, Bill Hader, Paul Rudd, Fred Armisen and Zach Galifianakis.
With a star-studded cast, the album will surely bring the perfect combination of music and comedy where the show in known for. Songs of The National is one to look forward to as they have previously sang a weird but entertaining song about a toilets. The group had already made two appearances throughout the series where they performed during the Thanksgiving episode of 2013 and the other on performing a Christmas song in 2014.
Most of the track will run for a minute which is exactly like in the series however, the album will be full of confusion and the bizarreness of the series that all fans love. Some of the songs like "Sex, Sex, Sex, Sex, Sex", "Mad Pooper", "You Got Beefsquatched", "Two Butted Goat" and many more sounds weird by the title but as the music goes, there very entertaining.
The album will be available in two versions as reported by Nashville Scene. For those who are only interested in the music, a standard double CD and vinyl formats are available. For the harcore fans, Sub Pop made a limited edition LP box sets containing three LPs with 7" vinyl with the "Bob's Buskers" cover songs, hardbound lyric book with artworks, soft-cover sheet-music songbook, three original posters, a six-piece sticker pack and a One Eyed Snakes patch.
