Boss Treats Hundreds Of Employees To Caribbean Cruise And Five-Star Hotel

This boss, probably the best boss ever, is taking his employees to a Caribbean cruise next month. What's more is that this boss is taking all of his 800 employees!

It's almost the end of the holiday season and that means it's time to go back to work. Most employees will be returning to their work as they're done with the season and their vacations. Most will also be wishing that they are an employee of Iowa's Bertch Cabinets because all 800 employees of this cabinet company are just about to start their Holiday. Thanks to the greatest boss in the world, these employees are going to get their skin tanned on January as their boss is taking them to an all-expense-paid Caribbean Cruise as a bonus.

The company officially met their goals this year and the company president, Gary Bertch, couldn't thank his employees enough. Owning the fact that the company wouldn't be able to reach this year's goals without his employees, so as a reward, an incentive, and as a thank you gift, he will treat his employees to a five-star hotel and a cruise trip.

"We've got four charter aircraft that will be flying directly to Miami Sunday and staying at a nice five-star hotel. Then on Monday, we'll bus over from the hotel to the port and load up on the ship." Bertch said.

He also mentioned that the 1-week trip to the Caribbean was a promise that he made a year ago. He thought that it would motivate his employees more to do better each day if they were promised a once in a lifetime treat.

The Bertch Cabinets' official facebook page recently announced that they will be closing all their facilities for a while from January 9-13, 2017 because their employees are about to hop on a cruise ship to the Caribbean Island. Now if this isn't the best way for the boss to show appreciation to his employees, then what is? Check out Travelers Today for more travel news.
