Travel Tips: Things To Pack & Remember On A Cruise Ship

Wouldn't it be exciting to go on your very first cruise? As exciting as it may be, there's also the harsh reality of you stressing out when it comes to the things you need to pack and you feel like there's no room for mistakes.

Some of the packing suggestions on what to bring and some of the reminders here may be plain common sense, but hey, when you go on a cruise ship (or anywhere else, for that matter!) you tend to space out a bit due to the overwhelming excitement you feel. So just to make sure you don't forget some of them, here's a couple of tips on what are the essentials you need to bring along and a couple of reminders to help you ease out through your packing session!

Gadgets and accessories! Crucial things for you when you travel are your gadgets which you can use for both communications and capture every precious moment in your adventures. Basic gadgets that would be of great use are a laptop, mobile phones, and your digital camera. Then there are a couple of accessories to bring along, too, such as a selfie stick, a flexible tripod, and a thumb drive. Those would be very handy in taking those perfect pictures and digitally saving those memories.

Extra power source! Aside from the very importance of sunscreen lotion, gadgets (as previously mentioned) are just as crucial to people nowadays. Since we travel with no less than approximately 3 gadgets (your digital camera, your mobile phone, and your laptop), it would be wise to bring along some extra power source such as power banks.

Corkscrew or bottle openers! Yes, may sound funny, but don't laugh just yet. This is a fool-proof all-time essential to bring along when traveling. Why? It comes very handy in times you want to drink with your friends or companions in places where paraphernalia such as these won't be available, such as the cabin. Yes, some might think its common sense but, trust us, not everyone travels with them unless reminded of its usefulness.

Suction hooks! Yep, those we use in the shower, stuck to the wall and used for hanging some of our stuff such as the towel. You can stick them to any surface and use as a tool to hang little things that eventually get lost in deep pocket holes. This makes finding those little arsenals a breeze!

Extra hygienic products and medicine kit! Alco-gel or anti-bacterial wipes would be essential, too, as you'd be in public places 90 % of the time, holding and touching things open to the public. This goes the same with your medicine kit. It would be a wise move to be vigilant by bringing common medicine for diarrhea, aspirins, pain relievers etc. etc.

These are just for starters because for sure it would be such a great experience. Enjoy and keep safe!
