e. Lastly, avoid reading or any activities concerning heavy eye and brain coordination as this can affect concentration and may alter equilibrium intensifying now dizziness.

Motion, travel, sea, or car sickness pertains to the same health condition and same cause as it results from the disturbance of the inner ear that is solely responsible for equilibrium or balance.
