'Clash Of Clans' Update: What To Look Out For This Christmas

The December update of "Clash of Clans" may be already released, but Supercell is apparently not done giving out few more goodies this Christmas. Before the year is done, take a look at some more Christmas inspired updates that Supercell has in store for us.

First of all, the "Events" feature in the game will likely be permanent. This is similar to what Clash Royale already has where special in-game events are offered every now and then with corresponding prizes if you win.

The first event is the "Hog Rider Event". It already started yesterday, December 20th, and all Hog Riders in the barracks are given a discount to train to compete in the event challenge. Aside from that, you can also get free gems and XP if you join the challenge.

The second event is the 1 Gem Boost. This is pretty common every Christmas. In this event, "Clash of Clans" players get to boost all collectors and mines for just 1 gem only, and it usually expires after the holidays.

Last but not the least, the 3 presents Supercell mysteriously gave us a peek will be revealed starting today! It's not confirmed if Supercell will deliver them consecutively or every other day though, nevertheless the excitement is infectious.

Or is it? Apparently, the 3 mysterious presents in the "Clashmas" Event are already leaked. They are (not in order): Freeze Trap, X-Mas Spell, and Ice Wizard. For COC players who also play Clash Royale, the Ice Wizard is already familiar. The Freeze Trap also sounds like the Freeze Spell, but we're not totally sure.

We don't know what the X-Mas Spell is, though. Some kind of Christmas-inspired blasting spell, perhaps? But nevertheless, we're still tuning in for their official release dates.

These "presents" are only temporarily available during the "Clashmas" event and will not be around forever. But that's okay. Stay tuned for more updates!
