Minecraft fans all over the world have been jumping up and down about the much awaited biggest console update in its franchise history this December. The Minecraft: Console Edition latest update is said to be equally good as its PC edition. What are these updates about? According to Neurogadget, some of the updates include Elytra which will enable players to be catapulted during game as it allows gamers to glide while playing. Furthermore, it will also showcase the Dragon's Breath potion ingredients, Amplified Terrain and End Cities. This latest game update has been coined as the 'Holiday Update'. It will come alongside with other user bug fixes on its interface, mobs, new items, upgraded blocks and status effects.
In addition to this, report suggests that the latest console edition updates will be provided for PlayStation4, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Wii U. Furthermore, the biggest and much awaited new features and updates are the Elytra Wings Set, which will only be located at The End (the game's third and final dimension); and the Amplified mode, which has been a resource-intensive feature also available now in its console edition.
Meanwhile, GameNGuide reported that the December update for Minecraft will not only be about the good side and everything nice, but will also have its antagonistic added features. Accordingly, the game will have added in-game enemies. This version will introduce Shulkers: the latest enemy that keep himself on stealth by hiding on Purpur blocks and fights with players by means of homing missiles once they get near him.
Mojang has yet to provide further precise details of the said holiday update. Nonetheless, they are expected to share and disclose some gaming tips in a few days. The Minecraft game developer says that there will still be surprises in the game itself on top of what has been already confirmed in the Minecraft December Holiday Update, as reported.
