Microsoft announces the Minecraft Boss updates, with the arrival of the new content of Minecraft: Gear VR Edition, Minecraft: Pocket Edition and Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition on October 18.
The updates were conveyed during Minecon 2016 in California last weekend.
Those Minecraft fans that are frantic to see a few boss encounters in the mobile builds of Minecraft are fortunate. The Boss Update is coming to Pocket Edition, and its compatriots, in a matter of weeks.
Minecraft enthusiasts are well aware that this feature parity has not absolutely occurred within the sandbox game's expansive ecosystem.
There are features of the Java and console Minecraft build that have not been adapted yet into its Pocket Edition or Windows 10 Edition. Nevertheless, the Boss Update will be released in the middle of October including PE, Windows 10 and Minecraft Gear VR Editions.
It brings along the Wither and the Elder Guardian into the smallest versions of Minecraft. Once installed, several fundamental changes are made to the way maps and nether portals function. You'll also get some new items, things to make from said items, and probably the coolest creature ever.
According to the iDigitalTimes, the new bosses are not the only major addition to Minecraft: Pocket Edition, there will also be mobile versions of the game from the next patch.
It will offer the Underwater Temples that were mentioned last year and an Add-On system that lets users alter their favorite Minecraft worlds by modifying text files.
The update will also expand controller support for Windows 10 Edition, giving players the option to use a bluetooth Xbox controller or the Oculus Touch (once available at retail).
Slash commands can now be used to aid players in summoning, teleporting, as well as the use of other features.
This update will also tap the controller support for its Windows 10 Edition. Thus, players have the choice whether to utilize a Bluetooth Xbox controller or choose the Oculus Touch instead. The Boss Update will be released on October 18 on Minecraft: Gear VR Edition, Minecraft: Pocket Edition, and Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition.
Minecraft surely has a distinct target markets based on its creation, purpose and users' enjoyment. Recently, Microsoft announces that their Minecraft: Education Edition, that will be for used by educators and students, will be out in Windows stores by November 1.
