Since May 17, the English actor, screenwriter, and producer - Simon Pegg, has been teasing the trailer of the Star Trek Beyond. Pegg took on his Twitter account posting, three days until the new trailer of the upcoming American science fiction film will be unleashed.
As stated in Comic Book, the latest video trailer for Star Trek Beyond will be out to the public on May 20. As Pegg tweeted on May 19, "Keenser says "relax!". One more day until the new Star Trek Beyond trailer finally drops. #GoBeyond CF."
The production dropped the film's new trailer at the fan event on May 20, in accordance of celebrating the 50th anniversary of Star Trek.
The Star Trek fan event will be held at the Paramount Pictures studio lot in Hollywood, Cal. Where the cast and crew of the Star Trek Beyond will join the Taiwanese American film director - Justin Lin, for a Q&A. Fans of the science fiction entertainment franchise who can't be at the event, will have the privilege to watch all the action thru Facebook Live.
However, according to Entertainment Weekly, the last trailer for Star Trek Beyond, which was five months ago, was set to the sounds of "Sabotage" by the American hip hop group - Beastie Boys.
During the first release of the Star Trek Beyond trailer, Pegg stated that, "It was very action-packed. It was surprising. I find it to be kind of the marketing people saying, 'Everybody come and see this film, it's full of action and fun,' when there's a lot more to it than that."
The forthcoming Star Trek Beyond stars Chris Pine (Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit), Zachary Quinto (American Horror Story), Zoë Saldana (Avatar), John Cho (Selfie), Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin (Fright Night), and Karl Urban (Dredd). Also, the film welcomed the newcomer Idris Elba.
Star Trek Beyond will hit the big screens on July 2016.
