Wonder Woman: Gal Gadot Completes Filming Of Solo Movie

It was just months after director Zack Snyder's "Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice" ignited on theaters, in which Gal Gadot portrayed the Amazon warrior - Wonder Woman. Now, the Israeli actress and model took on her social media account to announce that she has completed shooting her solo movie about the legendary superhero, Wonder Woman.

As reported by media outlets like Design and Trend, Gadot who played Gisele in The Fast and the Furious film series, unveiled the news on her Instagram on May 9, 2016.

Gadot posted, "It's [filming 'Wonder Woman'] been such an amazing, exciting, dreamy, happy and fascinating experience I will cherish it forever. Thank you to everyone who was involved, our amazing cast, crew and phenomenal director."

According to Yahoo, despite that Warner Bros still got a lot of post-production and computer-effects work to be done on the Wonder Woman film, the Instagram post of the actress was undoubtedly full of joy as Gadot held on the clapboard. Gadot made it clear that she's now officially done filming in terms of her solo-movie.

As reported by We Got This Covered, aside from Gadot, director Patty Jenkins hit on his Twitter account to express his admiration to the cast and crew of the Wonder Woman film.

Jenkins posted, "What an incredible cast and crew. So grateful to them. And going to miss being with Gal Gadot every day. What a shining star of a person."

Director Jenkins also shared a new behind the scenes photo which offers individuals around the globe a great look at Gadot suited up as the Amazonian warrior.

Gadot's "Wonder Woman" movie also stars the Star Trek actor Chris Pine as Steve Trevor; the American actress Robin Wright as Amazon warrior Antiope; the Danish actress Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta; the Norwegian actress Lisa Loven Kongsli; and the Harry Potter actor - David Thewlis.

"Wonder Woman" film is slated to fire up theaters on June 2, 2017.
