Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Android 5.0 Lollipop Update: Expected December Release Date

Samsung is integrating its devices with the latest Android version.

Samsung fanatics are given an amazing Christmas treat with Android 5.0 Lollipop running in the Samsung's hottest device, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Phone Arena reported.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is considered one of the best mobile devices this year, according to iDigital Times. That's why it's only suitable for Samsung to integrate the device with the anticipated operating system from Google, Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Additionally, Samsung implemented an updated version of its front-end user interface TouchWiz Nature UX 3.0 in Galaxy Note 4. Leaked screenshots of early version of Android 5.0 Lollipop build in Samsung Galaxy Note 4 showed Samsung's priority of their TouchWiz design elements rather than conforming to Android's Material Design, iDigital Times reported.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 uses a premium screen with quad HD super AMOLED display which boosts the device's resolution. It also has an advanced camera which allows its user to capture clear images even in a dark environment. Samsung also promises lengthened usage of the device while needing only a short period of time to recharge.

Furthermore, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 comes with an advanced S Pen with improved digital handwriting experience through its enhanced pressure sensitivity, giving users the precision they need.

On the other hand, Android 5.0 Lollipop is considered to be Android's biggest update in over three years, according to GreenBot. The latest Android release features Material Design, which aims to present a bold, colorful and responsive user interface for consistent and intuitive feel across all devices. Notifications are also handled well, allowing the user to be interrupted only when they want to.

Samsung Galaxy S5 will also be released on December with Android 5.0 Lollipop. Competing company LG has announced the release of LG G3 with the latest Android version as well, according to GSM Arena.
