It would mean that one should take a high consumption of olive oil, legumes, cereals, fruits and vegetables. Fish is also recommended but only moderate. Dairy products should comprise mostly with cheese and yogurt. Wine consumption must be moderate as well. For meat products, consumption of it must be low.

What makes Mediterranean Diet popular is because not only do they promote good health but they are also tasty. There are quite a number of recipe for this type of diet available online that proves to be just as delicious as eating out in a fancy restaurant.
