As the world comes to an end, many fears the apocalyptic scenario wherein the walking dead invaders are attacking the city and eating human flesh, but worry no more since Pentagon has already planned against zombies.
It may sound as a joke, but it's not since authorities have already established a contingency plan if such apocalyptic incident occurs. People may see walking dead people searching for living humans as food in the movie as a fiction story, but the U.S. Pentagon is quite taking them seriously as they create a plan that would counter attack to the zombies. An unclassified document known as the "CONOP 8888" tells the contingency plan that needs to be executed against the said invaders.
Apocalyptic invaders outlined in Pentagon's plot against zombies include three kinds. There are those that came from occult experimentation or a result of the evil magic, second is the vegetarian zombies and the last one are those life forms created as a result of infection from high dose of radiation. With the plan exposed, many are quite confused and getting worried that such apocalyptic scenario would occur.
To clarify about the Pentagon's plan against zombies, according to the CNN report, Navy Capt. Pamela Kunze, a spokeswoman for U.S. Strategic Command has confirmed that the document is not a U.S. Strategic Command plan. Moreover, the wide attack by the walking dead is just used as a training tool for a real-life operation such as during emergencies and catastrophes. With that, Defense officials stressed that the report does not mean that there are zombies out in the open.
With no zombies on the way, the Pentagon's plan is just a creative way of creating a plot that would protect the citizens of the country from any forms of attack. It is mainly focused on training personnel when emergency situations occur in a wide form. It was said that the contingency plan established is quite impressive.
