Questions are being raised as many are confused about what triggered the elevator fight between Solange and rapper Jay-Z while there are also reports that include Rachel Roy in the picture.
Met gala's after party event was a huge shocker as the family feud occurred. The encounter happened when Jay-Z, Solange and Beyonce were in the elevator. However, before the rapper was attacked by his sister-in-law, there were also reports saying that Solange first confronted designer Rachel Roy.
Footage of the elevator fight was revealed by TMZ which was actually leaked by an employee who was later on fired. As the video went viral, many people have been trying to figure out what triggered the incident. The video showed that the rapper was being punched and kicked by Solange while Beyonce was watching and trying not to get into the fight.
People were actually puzzled why such incident happened. Furthermore, speculations have arisen stating that the fight actually started when Solange got mad with her Jay-Z when he got too close with designer Rachel Roy during the Met Gala event. The way that the designer hovered around the rapper definitely did not make Solange happy.
According to Us Weekly, Beyonce's younger sister told the designer that anyone who tries to get close with his brother-in-law should be warned and should deal with her as a sister. However, Roy as a combative woman did not back down. There are also earlier reports saying that the younger Knowles was spotted yelling at a group of people wherein one of them was the designer.
Rachel Roy is not a stranger to Jay-Z since the designer is actually the ex-wife of the rapper's former manager and business partner, Damon Dash. Solange, Beyonce and her husband recently released an official statement regarding the fight, although they did not state the reason, they clarified that everything is settled between the family members. It also stated that Jay-Z and Solange already apologized to each other.
Meanwhile, Rachel Roy got caught in the middle of Twitter debacle after her tweet saying; "The beach is better! Escape with RRR's Summer '14 video." Beach is better is actually one of the songs in the rapper's latest album. Furthermore, the designer claimed that there is nothing behind the tweet.
