When traveling, it's important to have the right gear and necessities. Some are better than others. TripAdvsior, the world's largest travel site, released its list of the Travelers' Choice awards for Travel Favorites. In its third year, the list highlights some of the top brands that travelers around the world prefer to have on their trips.
In the U.S., winners were named in 46 categories and include brands like car rental companies, coffee, tablets, backpacks, travel magazines and more. There are also lists for the top brand choices in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Russia, Spain and the U.K.
"We are pleased to announce the brands that travelers voted their Travelers' Choice Favorites," said Barbara Messing, chief marketing officer for TripAdvisor. "Travelers packing their suitcases can't go wrong with these travel picks from our savvy community."
