Alexandra Hedison and girlfriend Jodie Foster exchanged their vows in a secret wedding this past weekend after dating for less than a year. The Oscar-winner and photographer Alexandra Hedison reportedly married the Hollywood actress since they are "totally in love."
According to Daily Mail, 51-year-old Jodie Foster married 44-year-old Alexandra Hedison, and Foster's rep already confirmed their secret wedding over the weekend.
"It's pretty serious" a source said to E! Online. "They're totally in love."
HollywoodLife reports Foster and Hedison had been dating for less than a year prior to ringing the wedding bells.
Well, speaking of bells, Alexandra Hedison's name surely rings a bell. That's because she is the photographer and actress who played Dylan on Showtime's 'The L Word.' She is also known to be Ellen DeGeneres' ex-girlfriend, whom she broke up with in 2004.
Daily Mail claims DeGeneres' broke up with Hedison after exclusively dating for three years because of Portia de Rossi.
In 2013, Jodie Foster came out as gay during an acceptance speech at the Golden Globe Awards.
"This is not going to be a big coming-out speech tonight because I already did my coming out about a thousand years ago back in the stone age - in those very quaint days when a fragile girl would open up to trusted friends and family and coworkers and then gradually proudly to everyone who knew her," Foster said in her speech.
Jodie Foster reportedly broke up with her longtime girlfriend Cydney Bernard in 2008, after nearly 20 years of being together.
Congratulations to the newlyweds Alexandra Hedison and girlfriend Jodie Foster!
