American Airlines tweet incident may have a traveler thinking that it could not affect travelling per se, but for Twitter-using travellers, this could mean a lot. These pranks on Twitter may just remove incentives airlines have to engage with their customers on Twitter, and many Twitter-using travelers know that this may be the only respectable sort of airline customer service left.
