SQUIRREL $300K DAMAGE BRINGS DELAY TO THE NEW COMMUNITY CENTER’S OPENING, HOW DID THE TINY CREATURE CAUSED SUCH COSTLY WRECK?

Squirrel $300K damage is quite unbelievable after a tiny creature caused serious damage to the newly constructed community center.

As the shocking news came out, it seems like nobody would want to believe how a tiny creature has potentially caused damage to a newly built facility. Squirrel $300K damage is true after it went all the way to the electrical system of a new community center. The news was first taken as a joke and as a part of the April Fool's Day celebration since it happened on April 1st but officials confirmed that it was not a joke.

It seems like the squirrel has lost its way while being out in the open that it ended in the said center which eventually caused serious destruction of the electrical system. The said is center which is actually the previous McMillen Ice Arena is being renovated to become a new McMillen Community Center.

The squirrel $300K damage was mainly due to the electrical system disruption. As it made its way to the electrical unit, it then caused a power surge that damaged the heating and air conditioning systems and other parts of the boiler system which also caused the tiny creature's death.

The former McMillen Ice Arena is being transformed into this new community center in Fort Wayne which features basketball courts, indoor tracks and other activities for its people to enjoy. However, the squirrel $300K damage will possibly lead to the delay of the center to meet its deadlines since it was already expected that it will open on June 7, 2014.

Everybody is actually hoping that the wreckage brought by the creature will be fixed in time to avoid the center's opening delayed. Despite of the saddening news of squirrel $300K damage, a brighter side is being featured. The good thing is that the nearly $2 million project is covered with an insurance minus a $50,000 deductible according to McMillen Park director Al Moll.
