Born as Peaches Honeyblossom Michelle Charlotte Angel Vanessa Geldof on March 13, 1989 in London, she is the second daughter of Boomtown Rats star Sir Bob Geldof to the late Paula Yates, a TV presenter. The death of her mother on 2000 due to a heroin overdose was said to be the main reason of her growing up as a wild child. Geldof's last tweet a day before her death in her account in social media site Twitter was said to be quite sentimental as she posted a picture of her being cradled by her mother with a simple caption of "Me and my mum". According to the Kent police, they received a call at around 1:35 P.M. of April 7, 2014 from an address Wrotham, Kent concerning a woman. The woman identified as Peaches Geldof was pronounced dead at the scene by South East Coast Ambulance Service. However, the reason behind her sudden death remains a mystery to many as no sign of any hard drugs and a suicide note was found in the scene ruling out Peaches Geldof overdose to drugs issue.
Despite of the said possible cause, the death is considered to be unexplained, sudden and not suspicious.
