“Conscious Uncoupling”, NOT DIVORCE that Gwyneth Paltrow And Husband Chris Martin Have Chosen Since the Two Still Loves Each Other As Revealed in the Actress’ Blog Post

Conscious Uncoupling has puzzled the minds of different individuals as the award-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow used the term for her recent blog post in her goop website wherein she revealed her split from Chris Martin, her husband of ten years.

The blog post that Paltrow released in her website entitled, "Conscious Uncoupling" has resulted to many inquiries as to what the term is really all about. On March 25, the actress posted her blog and shared what he and her husband is going to go through and even asked to respect their privacy as they deal with one of the difficult time in their lives. Rumors of the two getting a divorce were immediately on the list as the news of their split broke off yet baffled as the actress used the said term.

According to the actress' blog post, they want to remain having privacy in their relationship as they consciously uncouple and co-parent. In addition to Paltrow's post in her website, she also shared an article from Dr. Habib Sadeghi & Dr. Sherry Sami On Conscious Uncoupling.

The article that the actress posted had six sections which include the following: Until Death Do Us Part, End of the Honeymoon, Intimacy & Insects, Conscious Uncoupling, Wholeness in Separation and Coming Together. As the option for divorce began to circulate in relation to the couple's split, the newly introduced term was an option for the actress.

The article from the two doctors which was posted by Paltrow said that conscious uncoupling is the ability to understand that every irritation or argument is a sign to reflect to ones' self and identify the negative objects that needed healing. It was also said that it prevent families from being broken by the option of divorce.

Martin and Paltrow who had been married for already ten years, still loves each other yet chose to separate their ways after a decade of marriage.

"...we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate." Paltrows blog says in her website, goop.

In addition, the said process of uncoupling is said to take five weeks according to "Transformational Teacher" Katherine Woodward Thomas wherein the individuals devote themselves to a conscious process of getting over a relationship without bitterness.

Moreover, the couple has requested to keep everything in private as they deal with their relationship.
