Lady Gaga vomits on stage at her SXSW performance making the whole world not so gaga over her. The performance turned sour when Lady Gaga started vomiting on stage while performing at the SXSW. Many were offended, most especially Demi Lovato.
The 27-year old pop star became a household name because of her crazy antics and shocking weird outfits. However, her antic on stage Thursday night at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas is by far the weirdest and most offensive. Some of the most desensitized critics even surprisingly called it "ridiculous" and "sick."
Lady Gaga vomiting on stage happened while the singer was performing her song "Swine". She was suddenly joined by Millie Brown, an artist famous for painting on canvas using her own puke. Brown reportedly ingests colored liquid and then sticks her fingers down her throat in order to vomit all over a canvas. However, on Thursday, Brown made Lady Gaga's throat her canvas. She vomited green liquid inside Gaga's mouth.
Is this a call for attention? Because recently, headlines have been all about Miley Cyrus. A simple underwear costume would result in instant buzz for the 'Adore You' singer, even though countless pop stars wear outfits extremely close with the look of underwear during concert.
Apparently, the Lady Gaga vomiting on stage act backfired if Gaga thought this would amaze the world. Though, it got the world talking alright. However, more were amazed than happy with the new stunt.
A TMZ staff wrote, "Lady Gaga's antics are sometimes inducing, but this is ridiculous," and added that it is "sick...literally."
Lady Gaga puking on stage got slammed by Demi Lovato in Twitter. The 21-year old said in one of her emotional tweets, "Sad... As if we didn't have enough people glamorizing eat disorders already. Bottom line, it's not "cool" or "artsy" at all.
