Comedian Tim Wilson died Wednesday of a heart attack at the age of 52, according to several reports.
The Blue Collar Comedy Tour comedian and friend have died on February 26 in Nashville. A Presbyterian College with an English major, Tim Wilson has had a great run in comedy doing stand-up comedy whilst combining his act with country music. A Columbus, Georgia-born comedian, he has released over 15 comedy albums throughout the course of his accomplished career.
Timothy Collins Wilson will be remembered a multi-talented comedian, singer and author. Wilson has made a name for himself with comic country songs such as "Garth Brooks Ruined My Life" and "First Baptist Bar & Grill." Also a talented song writer, he co-wrote Jeff Foxworthy's hit "The Redneck 12 Days of Christmas." He has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and has co-written the book "Happy New Year -- Ted" with Roger C. Keiss on a theory that Ted Bundy was responsible for more death in the late 70s than was recorded.
Wilson's sudden death due to a heart attack in Nashville has left his wife and 2 children devastated.
