First Lady Michelle Obama has given her mind about Justin Bieber's antics. She said that if she was his mom, she would "pull him close". This was what the First Lady told Univision in an interview last February 7.
The 50-year-old First Lady said, "I don't know if it would be advice as much as action, I would be very present in his life right now. And I would be probably with him a good chunk of the time, just there to talk, to figure out what's going on in his head, to figure out who's in his life and who's not, you know."
Mrs. Obama also added that she feels that her children constantly seek parental advice. She even emphasized that Justin Bieber is essentially "still a kid" and "he's still growing up".
In line with this, Pattie Mallette, Justin Bieber's actual mother, has come under scrutiny of the public. This is mainly because of Justin's continuous misdemeanours and drug scandals. The 38-year-old mother said in defense of her son,"If Justin's struggling, don't kick him when he's down or condemn him -- pray for him."
Michelle Obama's statement as to how she would take care of Justin Bieber started from some of the American public's petition to the White House requesting the singer be deported following his recent arrest.
As of this time, the petition has now received 252,782 signatures. The petition, and Justin Bieber's deportation was put to light last month when it reached 100,000. Now that it has reached more than double its goal of 100,000, the White House was forced to give attention to it. However, this doesn't mean the granting of the people's request as it's still the White House's decision how long it would take.
Adding to that, it isn't likely that Barack Obama will have Bieber deported any time soon.
