A couple who's brave enough, or rich enough to hire British Chef Adam Simmonds will have to pay for an eight-course menu that amounts to 61,000. That's about $99,478.80. The renowned Chef will come to the couple's home personally and cook for them. You may wonder what kind of menu could amount to that much. Well, that menu just so happened contains the following, well some of it:
- An Almus white caviar - worth $4,891.80
- A spring white truffle - worth $1,630.60
- A gold leaf - worth $3,261.20
- A silver leaf - worth $1,304.48
- An amethyst bamboo salt - worth $3,261.20
- Foie gras - worth $195.67
- Wagyu beef - worth $326.12
- Oysters with South Sea pearls - worth $9,783.60
If you do not know what an Amethyst Bamboo Salt is, it's just the most expensive salt in the world.
There is also a wine list that comes with all that. Included in the list are the following which amounts to $27,720.20 per bottle:
- La Romanee-Conti
- Domaine de la Romanee-Conti
The entire meal will be served in a rose-petal covered table and the team together with the Chef will be releasing twelve white doves.
Marcel Knobil, founder of VeryFirstTo founder, says to the couple who wants to try this, "To the couple with the literal fortune to enjoy this over-the-top experience for Valentine's Day: Good luck topping this next year"
