Why is it possible that he can run for the presidency on the 2016 elections?
According to Wealth Daily, it won't be surprising to see Jesse Ventura actually running for president in 2016 as an independent candidate. His chances can't be undermined as his very anti-establishment ideals are a magnet during a time when people are not very fond of the government. Though he may "lack the proper education and economic standing", the fact that he is mostly anti-war and pro civil liberties gives him a high probability of winning.
As of today, there are already petitions where efforts are taken "to offer a legitimate third party candidate in all 50 states". Volunteers are searched to gather signatures for Ventura.
A website named www.jesseventura2016.com has also already been put up. The website aims to get Ventura to run for the presidency in 2016. It states "WE THE PEOPLE - The goal of this web site is to get Jesse Ventura on the ballot for President in all 50 states. I have heard in two separate interviews with Jesse, that if he had the support of the people and they put him on the ballot in all 50 states, that he would run for President in 2016."
With this entire buzz over the internet, it's not very unlikely that Ventura may actually be able to run.
