Bruno Mars Wows at the Superbowl with the Red Hot Chili Peppers [VIDEO]

Bruno Mars thrilled the crowd with his killer live vocals at the Pepsi Superbowl 48 half-time show Sunday night.

Before seeing the performance, it is safe to say that the singer would have done well on the stage. After seeing Bruno Mars' 12-minute performance however, it is no doubt that the 28-year-old is not just a mere singer, but a true artist of his generation.

Even if an artist is famous and is used at performing on stage, it's no joke holding a court full of thousands of Superbowl fans on your own. Bruno Mars has once again lived up to his awards and nominations as a performer. He is a total triple threat - he sings, dances and plays the drums.

Asked in a GQ interview last year about what he thinks the secret to a good song is, he answered, "Hypnotize me in the very first three seconds, wake my ear plate up, give me something that I haven't felt before ... and then punch me in the fucking face." Well the electricity of the crowd during the show truly hurt. It makes you kind of wish you were there live as well.

In the middle of the performance, as if the thrill of the crowd from Bruno Mars wasn't enough, he is suddenly joined by no other than the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It's been a long time since people have seen the band perform, but performing live with Bruno Mars have put them on the spotlight once again. Their appearance and performance with Mars of the song 'Give It Away' is the perfect final touch to an already adrenaline-filled crowd.

Thousands jumped and sang with them throughout the show. Watching the video will make one feel chills because of the atmosphere of excitement. One could only imagine actually being there.

Here's a video of the 12-minute show.
