Woody Allen Child Molestation Case: Director Woody Allen Denies Child Molestation Claims Made Against Him By Step Daughter, Dylan Farrow

Director Woody Allen is all caught up in a serious controversy of child molestation revealed from his very own stepdaughter Dylan Farrow. Mr Allen has quickly responded to the allegations and called it as "untrue and disgraceful."

Fox News reports that according to the publicist of the renowned movie director, Mr Allen has read the open letter of his stepdaughter with Mia Farrow that was published b the New York Times. The claims stated that Dylan was sexually assaulted by the director when she was 7 years old.

The open letter further claimed that it was way back in 1992 when the director sexually attacked her in a "dim, closet-like attic." The alleged actions of the director were not specifically mentioned but considered as abusive. It can be recalled that Mr Allen was already investigated on the case but was never really charged.

Woody Allen has been recently nominated for the Oscars which also is one of the things that have triggered Dylan to make the much talked about open letter, Euro News stated. Dylan was also discovered to have been suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder since last year. The director also was awarded a lifetime achievement award from the Golden Globes.

There were also actors who were attacked and mentioned in the open letter by Dylan just because of working with the director, specifically his latest movie, "Blue Jasmine." Australian actress Cate Blanchett who is the lead star of the movie was asked about the issue while she was attending the Santa Barbara Film Festival.

"It's obviously been a long and painful situation for the family, and I hope they find some resolution and peace," the award winning actress expressed. Her "Blue Jasmine" co-star Alec Baldwin was also involved in the hot letter spreading online.

Dylan is the daughter of Mia Farrow with whom Woody Allen shared a relationship with for 12 years. They split when Mia learned of the director's relationship with Soon-Yi Previn who is her adopted daughter with ex-husband Andre Previn, The Guardian mentioned.
