Murdered Inmate Made Several Calls To 911 Before His Death: May Have Captured Killer's Voice

A Lawton, Oklahoma inmate may have inadvertently captured his killer from beyond the grave as he made 911 calls.

The terrified inmate, Christopher Glass, 33, made the calls from a cellphone and was later found dead in his cell. Christopher's voice was never heard, but the emergency services did record the voice of another man. The voice across the line was heard saying threateningly "Whether or not you're a dead man. Just hang up." The Police are trying to identify who the voice belonged to and whether the person had any connection with Glass' death.

The reason for Glass' death is currently unknown as police are currently awaiting toxicology reports, but the fact that he may have captured his own killer from beyond the grave is definitely rather eerie.

Police records show that six calls were made between 8:50pm on Sunday and 1:55am on Monday. Prison guards found Glass' body at 7:20am on Monday morning, only six hours after he made his last call. Glass was serving multiple sentences for possession of a firearm and possession of drugs in jail.

When Glass was found, his body showed multiple injuries, but a prison guard claimed a death such as this was unusual and that although there were, of course, prisoner skirmishes, they rarely resulted in murder. His death is Lawson's third homicide this month.
