Along with winning the hearts of millions of fans with his movies, Walker had carved a perpetual niche in the souls of myriads of people who he helped in the need. Far from tinsel town, turbocharged vehicles, and his sex symbol image, he devoted himself to helping those shattered by natural catastrophes across the world.
Walker had set up "Reach Out Worldwide" in 2010 with his friend Roger Rodas. This organisation with dedicated team of experts is providing fundamental needs and medical aid to affected areas after natural catastrophes. We are going to make sure that we're representing this organization as he'd like. We're going to do more and more disasters, more continents, and states. We lost one of the good ones, but he's left a lasting legacy," said ROWW's operations manager JD Dorfman in an interview with MailOnline.
