The Holiday season is officially over and most of what we have left are added pounds from all the binge eating. After all the gluttonous celebrations and debauchery, it's time to trade in the guilty with something healthy this year.

To start 2014 right, here are some healthier food swaps one can make to cleanse all of the fat and bring in a better bod to show worthy to be shown off this year.

1. Start your day with a salad instead of fried food.

Travelers Today understand that anyone can easily be owned by a plate of crispy bacon and oily eggs for breakfast. Fat content in bacon can go as high as 80%, that doesn't include the egg cooked in bacon fat or even that extra carbs you're about to pair them with.

Trade in the fat with fiber by substituting salads. They don't have to be boring. A few greens tossed with walnuts and Asian dressing can make anyone feel full and on the go for the rest of the day. They also help people move faster so they're keeping less and washing away more.

2. Choose an English muffin over a bagel.

This decision can save anyone over 200 calories everyday. Think of it as eating five slices of bread when having a bagel and only two slices of bread when munching on an English muffin.

3. Trade in the cream with tomato-based soups and pasta.
