DJ Mo Twister is dead. At least that's what the Internet is saying. However the controversial disc jockey didn't die. He's just the victim of an Internet death hoax. DJ Mo Twister is just fine.
Rumors started swirling this week that Mohan Gumatay, better known as DJ Mo Twister of the Philippines, died in a car crash. On October 22, the blog, Alternative News Filipinas wrote, "Mo Twister, the controversial disc jockey died last night at 11:30 pm at South Superhighway when his car crushed with another vehicle. He was sent to the nearby hospital but died even before arrival. According to the witnesses, he was allegedly drunk because he was driving naked. He died with his shrinked penis exposed.
Mohan Gumatay in real life, is best known for his Good Times programs, which started as a Radio Show and spun off into TV and Internet. Recently, he slammed Miss Philippines Universe 2013 Ariella Arida over a comment she made about Latinas in beauty pageants.
His remains lay in Villa Funeraria along Joker Street in Balete Drive, Quezon City. It shall be open to public viewing...Rest in peace, Mo Twister!"
Mo Twister took to Twitter to prove that he's alive and to criticize misspellings in the article. "Writer...um, it's "crashed" with another vehicle. Not "crushed," he wrote. Mo Twister is fine.
